RETURNS & REFUND

  Shipping Charges 

  • There is a charge of Rs 99 on orders below Rs 999.

  • Free Shipping on orders over Rs 999.

  • Shipping confirmation will be sent within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Depending on the zone, shipping usually takes between 3 to 10 days. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Revvind we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.

   Eligibilty for Returns/ Exchange : 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.

  • Do not receive product which looks tampered/unsealed from the outside. If possible, inform us immediately by writing to us on care@revvind.in or call us on 8527819830 (Mon-Fri, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm)

  • Please make a video or share image of the package as a supporting proof in case of damaged or missing products in your order. 

  • Products purchased under Sale are not eligible for returns. 

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  Return/ Exchange Process :

 

  • Contact our customer service team at care@sigan.co.in or +91 8527819830 to initiate a return.

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Unique number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the Unique Number, and ship it to the address provided.

  • For Exchange : Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item and details about the new item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Refunds:

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.Shipping costs are non-refundable.
